Embedded software communication libraries
IAT offers a suite of embedded communication libraries ready for integration into devices such as meters, data concentrators, or industrial gateways. These libraries support multiple industry-standard protocols (DLMS/COSEM, M-Bus, Modbus, Euridis, etc.) and are optimized to run efficiently on a variety of hardware platforms. Delivered as modular, well-documented and certification-ready components, these libraries are designed for easy adaptation to specific architectures. They can be integrated directly into client firmware or used as a foundation for custom product development.
Gateways for AMI and energy efficiency
We design and develop smart gateways for two main use cases:
- AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) projects managed by electricity utilities
- Energy performance monitoring in industrial, commercial, or institutional buildings
These gateways interface with a wide variety of meters and sensors, perform local data preprocessing, temporary storage, protocol conversion, and secure transmission to supervisory platforms or MDM systems.
